How do I import custom templates and macros into Word from other .

How can I import custom word templates with toolbars and menus preserved from
a computer with Word XP into a computer with Word 2003? Thanks

It was very helpful, but while I was able to import the macros and the
toolbars, the menus associated with the toolbars wouldn't work. I had to
recreated all the drop-down menus with their macros. Is there anyway to
import a custom template completely intact? Thank you.
