How do I include the 'To, CC' and Subject' header when printing.

When I create a new e-mail in my Outlook 2003 and wish to retain a printed
copy the copy does not include my 'To, CC and Subject heading' at the top of
the mail. If I print out a returned e-mail the heading is included? How do I
set the new e-mail to print this information?

Thanks

You can't - you can print the email from your sent items folder but that
information is not available from just the new message window.

After furious head scratching, Alan H asked:
