How do I insert a frame in a document?

When working with a WORD 2003 document I want to insert a frame within the
text in order to insert a graphic. What steps help me to accomplish this
task?

You don't really need a frame to insert a graphic... just insert
the graphic where you want it, and format the graphic with the
text wrapping option that you prefer. But instructions for
inserting a frame can be found in your Word help file and at

Insert the graphic, then r-click on the graphic and select Format.
