How do I insert over 700 entries into the dropdown box?

I am trying to create a drop down box in word that contains over 700 entries
(city and zip code). How do I enter multiple entries into the box without
typing each individually? Is there another way to do this and acheive the
same result?

I suggest you try a different approach. I can't imagine that anyone will be
willing to scroll through 700 entries in a dropdown box to select one.
