How do I know if an email has been printed?

For the emails I send, I need to keep track of those that are billable and
those that have been printed. I'm using Microsoft Outlook. I use flags to
track emails that are billable, but can not figure out how to track those
emails I have been printed. Any suggestions?

Maybe a different colored flag. Right-click the flag and select a different color.
