How do I link text in a Word document to a text cell in Excel so .

that when the text in the Word document is changed, the text in the Excel
cell is also updated?
Or vice-versa, text in an Excel cell to text in a Word document.

The method is the same either way. Open both applications. Select and copy
the source. Switch to the other application. Select Paste Special. Choose
Paste Link.
