How do I make a miniature booklet?

I need to make a pocket sized phone book and don't know how to set up the
pages so the are small and front to back and so on. Also I cannot figure out
how to change the format of one page (such as move the table of contents up
or down a few spaces) without having it mess with the other pages and having
everything move.

Alicia,

Take a look at MS Publisher. It is a pretty powerful application for
creating booklets among other things. I use it all the time. I used it to
create a 40 page song book and a 12 page witnessing tract; both with
front/back printing. We use it for our weekly church bulletin.

Another option you might have is to create your phone book in Excel and then
when you print it, using one of the print options, reduce the size of the
output.

Publisher can be a little intimadating (sp?) at first. But once you learn
the flow of it, it is a nice application (IMO).
