How do I make a presentation reletive to other PCs?

I often have to make a presentation for use on another computer, but I am not
sure of the name of the disc drive e.g. H: or G: this means the media I add
does not show up on the presentation, is there a way to make it work on all
PCs?

The trick is to put your media in the same folder as your .ppt folder BEFORE
you Insert whatever media it is.

Also make sure the total path length is less than 128 characters
e.g
c:\thisiswhereIkeepMyfiles\etc\massivelongname\allthecharactersintheworldcannotequalthis\
