How do I make curved text?

Hi, I want to make the heading arched on a flyer but can't find anything in
help or anywhere else. Can you help?

Why not have a play around with Wordart?
Should be something to your liking in there.
In Publisher 2003 it can be found at INSERT > PICTURE > WORDART
