how do i make different identities in outlook 2000?

Can you make different identities in outlook so when different people log on
and open outlook that they only download their own emails from their accounts

Hi,
you have to create profiles for every user,
after that please went into the control panel, mail, show profile and
activate "prompt for a profile to be used"
