how do I make formswap work with outlook 2003

I had outlook 2000. Formswap worked fine. I am now using Outlook 2003 on an
XP machine. The rest of the office is at 2000 level (eg word, excel etc).
When I open an address it uses the default, it will not use my published
form. Is this a bug, a feature ;-) any known work arounds? Thanks
