how do i merge multiple "My Contact" lists into just one contact .

For some reason I have duplicate contacts in 4 conatct lists. I am trying to
create just one contact list byt can't seem to merge them. Please help me.

Assuming you are using some version of Outlook and that you mean Contact
Folders, why can you not just move the contents of one into another?
Select All > Mover to Folder...
