How do I move Office XP to a new computer?

I am going to a new PC without MS Office. However, I have MS Office XP on my
old PC. Since my old PC was a handed down, I do not have the original Office
install CDs. Is there a way to copy Office from my old PC to my new one?

No - niether do you qualify for an upgrade, unless perhaps your new pc came
with eg Works

Either buy a new retail version, or download www.openoffice.org which has
the ability to read/write office data files.
