HOW DO I OPEN WORD

Assuming that you actually have Word installed on your computer, you should
find a shortcut to it either on the desktop or on the Programs menu. Click
on the menu shortcut or double-click on the desktop shortcut to start Word.
Alternatively, double-click on any Word document to start Word with that
document loaded.
