When copying special charecters and cliking the PASTE, I get rabish and when
cliking PASTE AS and choose Text is correct.

I see that the default is Unicode Text I would like changing the default to
Text.

How do I do it ?

Sorry, I don't know any way to set the default paste behavior for Excel.
Hopefully others here will have some ideas.
