How do I permanently delete text placeholders from ppt template

One way is to go into slide master, then drag and move the placeholders out
of the slide.
Wouldn't recommend you to do so since placeholders are extremely useful,
especially when you need to do editings such as changing the font size and
color of the text on all the slides.
