How do I present project 2002 gantt charts in word?

P

Peter Aston

I want to display gantt charts I have created in Project 2002 in Word. The
only way I have found to do this is do print-screen, edit this in microsoft
Photo Editor and then paste it into Word, but it comes out quite fuzzy.

If I recall, there's a camera tool in the standard toolbar in Project.
I think it's just a print screen, but give it a try and see if it does
any better.
If not, you'll probably have to get some screen capture software. Used
to be some freeware out there, but I don't know if there still is.
Otherwise, pony up!
Hope this helps in your world.

Hi,

The camera tool is definitely NOT a print schreen!!
It does exactly what you want, presenting a Gantt chart (or any other view)
as GIF format (or to the clipboard)
It is NOT fuzzy at all (I have been mistaken and been trying to edit tasks
on the image... no difference at all).
Hoep this helps.
