How do i print a bulk mail stamp on a newsletter?

Hello to anyone that can help me. We purchased our bulk mail license and now
I need to know how to get it print on newsletters we send to patients. If
anyone knows or has done this please let me know. Any help would be
appreciated. THank you.

Did you check with the post office on this one? Since anyone with a tiny
amount of skill could create a bulk mail permit, I'm sure they have
something specific for you to use.
