How do I print a gantt chart and resource graph on the same page?

My projects contain multiple resources which are working on multiple
projects. I am trying to print a report which displays a specific resource
graph and the associated Gantt chart(s) task bars for this resource.

Hi BBarto,

I'm sorry I don't believe the view is printable. You can show the Gantt
chart filtered at top to show only tasks with a specific resource (Using
Resource... filter) and then split the screen and change the lower pane
to the Resource Graph. If you select a task it will show the graph for
the Resource(s) assign to the task.

However, if you print preview, you will only see the Gantt chart
portion.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Is there a method I can use to export the graph and Gantt chart to a
different program, ie Excel, Power Point, or Word.......?

Sure thing. Show the view arranged as you like and use the Copy Picture
button on the Standard toolbar (right side) or use Edit > Copy Picture.
Set the image as a GIF file and then you can insert the image into
PowerPoint or Word as needed.

I hope this helps.
