How do I print ONLY SPECIFIC categories in OUTLOOK?

I am trying to print labels for Business contacts. I am unable to do so
without going thru my entire data base and hand selecting - is there an
easier way?

Select the members of the category and do a mail merge to those selected
Contacts frol Outlook.
