How do I reinstall office when I cannot uninstall the previous on.

The Mind

My system is now allowing me to reinstall office 2000 Premium over a currupt
one and keeps telling me to use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall the previous
one

But my Add/Remove Programs in my control Panel is not allowing me to
uninstall the Previous one
