How do I remove a folder from My Webs status?

N

I inadvertently created a new folder as a Web Site, unlike all my other
folders and web pages which are simply HTML files on my hard disk which I FTP
to the appropriate servers. How can I change the status of this folder so
that FrontPage sees it as an ordinary Windows folder like the rest of them?

That's (the icon) not what controls whether it is a FP web or not

| The desktop.ini file in that folder can be removed or edited. That's what is
| holding that icon.

Open the web folder in FP and right click the root to select Delete
- Warning: select the option to just remove the FP web related information (not to delete all content)
