how do i rename an email in a folder?

i store scanned documents that are emailed to me in a folder and would like
to know how to rename them.

do you want the rename the attachment or the email subject? Changing the
subject is easy - just type in the subject field. It's gray and looks
uneditable, but can be edited without using Edit, Edit message.
