How do I rotate an excel graph in word?

I can't get the rotate option to highlight. I know that my graph is now
functioning as a picture because I get the picture toolbar, but I can't get
the rotate option to work on the toolbar.

You must change the wrapping from In Line With Text to some other style
before you can rotate it.

Thanks Suzanne. Unfortunately, that didn't work. But magically, when I left
the excel file open in the background while I was working with the graph in
word, it worked for some reason. I have NO idea why.
