How do I save a copy of an excel file without the formulas?

Saving Excel File without Formula

I am trying to save a copy of an excel file with just the numbers that the
formula came up with - not the formulas themselves.

First do a save as and give it a name, then select all formulas by pressing
F5, special and formulas, then
do edit>copy, then edit>paste special as values
