How do I save a doc in "final" format, without the option of "ori.

When I save a document and send it to others they have the option of looking
at it in it's original format or with markups and I just want them to see it
as final. How do I make this happern?

When I save a document and send it to others they have the option of looking
at it in it's original format or with markups and I just want them to see it
as final. How do I make this happern?

Turn off Track Changes, accept or reject all tracked changes, save the
document (or use Save As to make a separate copy, if you want to keep
the original file with the markup), and send only the clean copy.
