In an older version of Outlook, I could type up an email, save it as an
"Outlook Text File" or .otf which would be just like saving an e-mail as a
file. I could then send that file as an attachment, the recipient could open
the email and send it. That way a worker can type up an email, send it to
his or her boss, and the boss could send it from his or her account. How do
you do that in Outlook 2003?
