How do I select a pantone color in Word?

You don't, Luis. Office doesn't have a PMS color palette. You sould be best
to find a graphics program that has both PMS and RGB, and do that. I have
one. If you can give me the PMS (coated or uncoated, let me know), I can
probably give you a matching color to use in Office.
