How do I set Office Picture Manager as default opener?

How do I set Office Picture Manager as default opener? For some reason Adobe
Reader 7.0 started trying to open all email photo attachments (.jpeg) and it
can't do it.

Right-click any .jpg image, properties, opens with.... change. Associate the Picture
Manager.
