How do I set the document title in InfoPath?

I want to set up the footers so that I can identify printed copies of an
InfoPath form. I want to include the unique identifier that indicates the
entry, the date and time the form was printed and the page number.

I can do the latter two but cannot find out how to include the unique
identifier in the footer. I guess I need to set the Document title (&w) but
cannot find out how to do this. I would be very grateful if someone could
tell me.

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever get to define the Document Title (&w)?
