How do I set up a custom template to print on 11X17 paper

I cant seem to find a way to make my own tri folding invitations. Finished
product needs to be printed on 11X17 paper. Any one I seem to try ends up
printing on 4 seperate sheets of paper.

Setup your printer for 11x17, landscape, you have to do this first. In page
setup, click custom. The built in templates for Publisher will not default to
this size, you will manually have to adjust the content if you use a template.
