how do I set up a t-minus schedule in Project?

I have a 21 day notice to complete a project with many main and sub-tasks.
How do I set it up such theat the dates are not hard but rather based on the
notice period?

Hi,

What makes you think dates would be hard?
You have to tellk project explicitly when you want a date to be hard.
Enter your tasks, link them as the relationships dictate.
Set a deadline on the last task (Task Information, Adva,nced tab)
Now insert the columns "Late Start" and "Late Finish"
