How do I set up an email merge with an attatchment?

I am trying to send all of the recipeints of the email a letter with thier
individual invoice attached in an excel file. Is this possible? Please keep
in mind that all of the reciepients are receiving their own specific
attachment.

Not natively within outlook.
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail for utilities - there is
link to a VBA solution at the bottom of the mass mail section that might
work for you.
