how do i set up outlook to send and receive email

I've been trying to set up outlook to send and receive email. I think I set
it up right but I'm not sure. Please help..

Check with your ISP/mail host for tech support on this. Nobody here can
possibly know anything about your e-mail account settings. Good luck!

Try checking your ISP's website - it may well have the correct settings in
the Help section
