How do I shift all events in calendar back 1 hour?

Some how all my events shifted forward 1 hour in the calendar. In other
words, an event that I originally entered into the calendar to start at 12
noon has shifted to start at 1 pm...hence all my events did this. I believe
this occured due to my resetting my computor clock and time zone selection.
How do I shift all my entries at one time back an hour in the actual calendar
time selections?

About the only way I know off is to put back the time the way it was then
export the Calendar to an Excel format then delete everything in the
calendar, reset the time to what it should be and import back in. However I
would do everything but I wouldn't delete just yet first I would create
another Calendar folder and import into this to ensure all the data imported
correctly and then I would delete the items in the default Calendar and then
move the items from the second Calendar into the default and delete the
second Calendar. It sounds time consuming but it isn't too bad

Thank you. Your very first action -to reverse back to AK time worked and
moved my times back to original setting (I thought I had tried that already
but I guess not). So, I moved my computor clock an hour ahead to match the
Pacific time zone...so it works but I'm set up in AK time zone still...oh
well it will get me by for now.
