How do I show % Complete on Phases? Sub tasks are showing 100%.

My sub task are showing 100% complete but the major phases, which should
automatically show a corresponding % complete above zero, continue to show 0%
complete. Project will not let me manually change the major phase %
complete.

Hi,

In that case, and assuming your subtasks do not have zero duration, this is
something I've never seen.
If you want me to take a look you can send the file to

Interesting. In the problem originally stated I had the % Complete column
located as the first column of my project task plan. When I added a %
Complete column to the right of the Finish Column all percentages correctly
calculated based on the sub-tasks % Completed.. Problem solved. The first
column % Complete still has zero percents but I'll just hide that column and
use the % Complete column to the right of the Finish column.
