How do I show specific times of day within the duration field?

Need to show 8:00PM - 11:00 PM within the duration field of MS Project, for
instance.

Project doesn't support that, especially as duration is in weeks, days,
hours or minutes and never time. Start and Finish dates have date and time.
If those two together aren't enough, create a formula in a Text field to
concatenate the two dates or times.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You can't. However, Tools/Options.../View tab allows you to selet the Date
format to show the times of day, if that's of any use to you.
