How do I start a new contact list?

I am trying to set up a new contact list for a project, but I cant seem to
figure out how to start a new contact list or make a folder specifically for
the contacts used in the project. E-mail me back if you have any ideas.

Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook]

File menu > New > Folder. Make sure to set that the folder contains Contact
items
