How do I stop Outlook from opening every time I turn on my comput.

How do I stop Outlook 2003 from opening every time I turn on my computer?
I've looked into Start\All Pograms\Startup and MSCONFIG and found nothing to
indicate the running of Outlook at startup. I cannot figure how to turn off
this auto startup of Outlook. Any help or direction would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
