How do I suppress bar graphics when printing Gantt Chart?

Does anyone know how to consistently suppress the bar chart from printing in
the Gantt chart?

My co-workers build their timelines using the Gantt chart view. If they
want to suppress the bar chart from printing, they slide the dividing bar all
the way to the right (the line between the task list and the bar chart) .
However, our printing process, which automatically opens and prints the file,
often prints the bar chart anyway. If I open the file on my laptop, I can
see where the dividing line could be pulled over just a bit more. I do that
and the print process suppresses the bar chart as expected.

Is there a different, more consistent way of suppressing the bar chart from
printing? Or... is there some reason why their laptops would show the
dividing bar fully moved over the right, but mine would show that it can move
over a little bit more? We have verified that they are moving the dividing
line over as far as they can on their laptops. We have verified that their
Project windows are maximized. We have verified that they do not show any of
the "Help" panes on the far left hand side of the window. I am wondering if
there are other settings I'm not aware of?

Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

Use a different view without the Gantt bars. Try View/More Views/Task Sheet.
You can add any desired columns to that view and then print.
