How do I supress emails from being sent in MS Project?

I'm using MS Project Enterprise 2007 Edition, and one of the features is to
send emails to resources any time a change is made.

How do I supress emails from being sent to my resources?

In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is dedicated to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
you can't supress the sending of e-mails. Instead, your team members must
do the following:

1. Log into Project Web Access.
2. Click the Personal Settings link in the Quick Launch menu.
3. Click the Manage My Alerts and Reminders link.
4. Deselect the "My project tasks are modifed" option.
5. Click the Save button.
