How do I synchronise Maximizer Contacts with Outlook Contacts?

I have read the Mazimiser instructions to synchronise Contacts with my
Outlook contacts but it fails.
Software Office Professional 2002, XP, Maximizer 8
It may be I do not understand how to set up the right folder in Outlook
