How do I turn a hard copy form into an electronic form?

I have a form that I use a lot in the office but I would like to be able to
fill it in and print it out on the computer rather than hand writing it. Is
it possible to scan it in and turn it into an electronic form?

You can use Microsoft Office Document Imaging for this, but you will have to
manually insert text boxes at the places you want to fill in.
