how do i turn off hyperlink opening in an email message

I recently received an email with a hyperlink in it. When I clicked on it, it
told me there was a bar at top of header that said the message link has been
turned off, click here to turn on. Then I did and was able to open up the
link to a website. Well, I was to turn it back off. How do I do that? Thank
you
