I cannot get my 3-D and shadow options in PowerPoint to work. I had some
working but all and now I have none.

I have to ask this question first - have you selected the object to which you
want to apply 3D? What is it?

Extra question

Can you explain what "not working" means

No toolbar?
Dimmed icons?
No shadow/3D appears when you click icon?

Hi,

3D settings apply mainly to autoshapes. Draw a rectangle and see if it works
then. As for shadows, that indicates a larger problem. But try it also on an
autoshape.

What the others said.

And also

You can't apply both a 3D and a shadow to an object. It's one or the other.
