I am about to buy a new laptop to replace my old desktop and wish to transfer
Office 2003 from the old to the new. How do I uninstall and reinstall?

If it is an OEM copy, you don't have the right to do so, however in retail
cases. Run the uninstall process from the control panel's Add-remove applet
and choose the product to uninstall. To install it on the new one, simply
insert the disc and wait for setup to launch.
