How do I use a design border only on top of page?

I am new to MS Publisher and trying to create a flyer for my church. I want a
designed border, but only on the top of the flyer. From what I can see within
the options for publisher, I would need to have a full 4 sided border to use
the custom border. There's got to be a way to do a designed border and not
have to do all 4 sides. Anyone out there who can help?

Hi -

You can also try any of the following:

-Block those portions of the border that you don't want with suitably
colored filled shapes or boxes.

-Position the border so that only one edge of border is on the page.

-Copy the border. Paste special> as picture -- you can crop the pasted
picture.

Publisher 2007.
Is this what you are looking for?
Try Clip Art Office on line. Plenty of Top Edge Borders there.

Actually JoAnn had the right idea. Any BorderArt can be re-sized so it will be a
border either top or bottom or on the sides.
