How do I view picture?

Hi Friends,
Good day..! When people paste pictures on their message (not as attachment),
I was not able to see it.
If I forward the same mail to my friends, they are able to see it.
I am using outlook 2003. I beleive that it is a settings in a options...But
I cannot find it.
Can anyone HELP TO FIND IT. It is cracking my head everytime...
