How do you add a word to the dictionary there does seem to be an o

I wouldn't put just the letter "o" in the dictionary, if I were you.

Trying to add a word, not just a letter. There is no option in the spell
check that I can see.

Well, since you didn't ask any questions in the body of your message and
since you don't state your version of Outlook or whether you're using Word
or the Outlook editor, you certainly can't expect a reasonable answer.
