How do you change the default working folder in Publisher 2007?

In the Options section of Publisher 2003 you could change the default working
folder from My Documents, but this option has disappeared from the 2007
version.

WindowsXP? The Publisher developers forgot to add this to the options tools.
Create a folder for your Publisher files, add it to "My Places", when you save a
Publisher document, click the folder.
